This patient came to see me for trouble breathing through her nose. You don't even need to look inside of her nose to appreciate just how badly her septum was deviated.

Since she was going to need surgery to improve her breathing, she also wanted to refine the shape of her tip at the same time. She was bothered by the slight droop and hump, which was most apparent when she saw photos of herself smiling in profile.

Using an open approach, I was able to fix her deviated septum and improve her nostril symmetry. She is now breathing better than she can ever remember!

We are also thrilled about the subtle refinements we achieved with her tip. I love how natural and balanced it is with the rest of her face. Notice how the nose is no longer pulled down with a full smile! I'm glad she can now show off that beautiful smile without the slightest concern of how it might change the shape of her nose.
